Request for change (RFC)

Avonova works according to the ITIL framework (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and this document covers the RFC (request for change) within the change management process and impacts the release management. The purpose of the RFC document is to cover important aspects and assess the change requested in the CAB (Change advisory board) meeting that occurs weekly (separate CAB process document). The vendor and/or business owner requesting the change should participate in the CAB.
